International House has a resident Caretaker who lives on site. Amy-Lea Barham has joined us as our live in Caretaker.
Amy is studying at Deakin University and has helped many new students by providing mentoring during Orientation days.
Amy will greet the new residents on arrival and assist them throughout their stay.
Amy can be contacted at anytime by the residents and their families to assist them, should the need arise.

Michael Clare looks after our property and grounds. He works during the week to ensure the grounds look neat and tidy and he attends to all maintenance on site.
Heather Clare keeps all our apartments clean and tidy. She works each day of the week cleaning our apartments and our communal areas.
Penny Isaac assists our Directors has been with International House for the last eight years.
She has extensive administration experience and is a great support to our residents.
Vivienne Isaac is one of our Directors and is also our Accountant. She has been with International House for the last seventeen years and has seen the business grow from strength to strength each year. She meticulously manages the financial side of our business.
Elissa Jans is also one of our Directors and is our General Manager. She has also been with International House for the last seventeen years and has worked tirelessly to ensure that we have an unbeatable reputation in the student accommodation industry. She prides herself on her attention to detail and personally organises the accommodation arrangements for each resident throughout the entire process. She liases with educational agents from all over the world. She is responsible for the overall running of our business. Elissa is available 24/7 via phone or email.
