What Are We Going To Offer You?

Every Student has their own bedroom, sharing kitchen, bathroom and living areas with other apartment residents.
Students come from many different countries and enjoy a range of facilities, as well as a variety of recreational activities.  Our apartments are comfortable and furnished.  We offer a choice of different size apartments consisting of 2,3,4,5,6 or 7 bedrooms.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator, freezer, gas hot plates and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave oven and individual food cupboards.
Many apartments have dishwashers.
Students enjoy cooking together and experience many different cuisines and cultures.
Kitchen Pack
A "Kitchen Pack" is available for students to purchase for A$140 + GST. Students can purchase these individually or they can share a pack between a few of them.
This pack contains all kitchen items for the student to use whilst they live at International House. 
The pack is theirs to keep and they can take it with them when they vacate.
Students can purchase this pack from us or they can purchase their own equipment when they arrive.
Once purchased the pack is the property of the student.

Living & Dining Area

Colour digital 42" television,lounge suite, dining table and chairs, coffee table.
Heating & cooling in every apartment.
Our living areas provide comfortable areas to relax and enjoy the company of other residents.
Bedroom
Individual rooms with single bed, mattress and mattress protector, ergonomic desk chair, large work desk, small refrigerator, wardrobe, electric heaters with thermostat, fans, rubbish bin, telephone with own number, book shelf, drawers, pin board and individual door locks.
Our bedrooms are very spacious and provide students with the perfect environment for studying and relaxing. 
Bedding Pack
A "Bedding Pack" is available for students to purchase for A$140 + GST or they can provide their own bedding.
Once purchased the pack is the property of the student.
If this is not requested on the application form, then no bedding will be provided. 
Bathrooms
Every apartment has one or more share bathrooms with showers. 
Students share these communal areas with the other residents of their apartment and these areas are cleaned fortnightly.
Laundry
Industrial size coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on site.
Residents are required to provide their own detergent.
The laundry is open seven (7) days per week until 11pm each night.
Security
Resident Caretaker's provide peace of mind for parents.
All gates are security keyed and students receive keys on their arrival. 
Students receive a key to the front gate as well as to their own apartment and bedroom. Keys are security coded so they can not be copied.
Every bedroom door has its own lock and its own key.
